      I interviewed at Goodera

      I went through two rounds of a four-round interview process, including a case/presentation round. The overall experience felt disorganized and lacked clear structure. I was scheduled for a 45-minute case presentation, but due to a scheduling issue on the company’s end, the interview was cut to less than half the time without an offer to reschedule or extend. This made it difficult to properly present work I had spent several hours preparing. I spent 3 hours on the case assignment, which was not clearly defined, and during the interview, the focus was more on what I “learned” about them and client rather than engaging with the substance of the work. It did not feel like the materials were reviewed in advance, and the interviewer seemed distracted at times. Across both rounds, the interviews were largely unstructured and centered around resume walkthroughs rather than a consistent evaluation framework. Compensation was not discussed at any stage. If I could rate the interview difficulty differently it would receive unstructured and unprofessional.
