Gnosis Senior Developer (Rust) interview questions

A head hunter approached me about the opportunity, we had a call to talk about it. Then he forwarded my CV to the company which asked to schedule an interview. The first step was an interview with the HR and the team manager. The next step was a tech interview, questions, and coding session. Then another tech interview with questions and coding session. After that an interview with the CTO. The CTO said they would give a response within 2 days, but they took 2 days and a week to get in touch. During the process, they had multiple salary ranges for the position, one value on the company website, another talked during the process. By the moment they made the offer the salary range on the company website was removed which was quite odd, it did not felt solid. Even in face of those misunderstandings the company was not open to negotiating their salary proposal even though they had mentioned that they would be willing to pay more for people from the USA or other higher-paying places.
