      Interview

      I had an outstanding interview experience with Gladly. The process was structured as a panel of five separate interviews, all coordinated seamlessly by JC, my recruiter, who deserves a special shoutout. She was thoughtful, caring, extremely responsive, and amicable throughout. She made the entire journey feel human and personal—something that’s not always easy to find in recruitment. She truly went above and beyond and made a lasting impression. The interview flow was well-organized. I first spoke with JC, followed by a conversation with the hiring manager, then the RevOps Director, the Director of Accounting and the Senior Manager of Revenue Accounting, and finally, I had the opportunity to speak with the CFO. Each person I met brought something unique to the table. The team was extraordinarily smart, kind, and full of positive energy. It genuinely felt like a dream team—the kind of group you'd be excited and proud to work with. I walked away from each conversation feeling more impressed and more eager to be part of the team. Whether or not you're selected, the experience is one that leaves you with respect and admiration for the company and its people. Kudos to everyone at Gladly!
