I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GitLab in Apr 2025
Interview
I had multiple interviews with different people - all standard questions about the job, my experience and expectations, and the company - but they suddenly stopped responding to emails. No reason why, no rejection email, just ghosted. The interviews didn't go poorly so I'm not even sure why.

Knowledge around data tools, SQL, and day-to-day operational tasks
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at GitLab
Interview
I went through all interviews - around 4 rounds, including the reference stage, over a three month period. The wait time was not ideal.
The interviews were good and neutral, they asked questions relevant to the role and the assessment was fair.
However I did not get an offer due to “fiscal issues & changes”.
