GitLab Analyst interview questions

I went through all interviews - around 4 rounds, including the reference stage, over a three month period. The wait time was not ideal. The interviews were good and neutral, they asked questions relevant to the role and the assessment was fair. However I did not get an offer due to “fiscal issues & changes”.

First interview with HR, then hiring manager, Panel interview with 3 employees, finally stage with the head of department. Very structured interviews and highly professional. Including home test. Very positive experience
