GitLab Field Marketing Manager interview questions

I applied online and was contacted by an internal recruiter for an interview. I then went through approximately five additional interviews. Each interview went great...until the final one. Not only did the interviewer NOT show any interest in me as a candidate, but I could also tell he was browsing the Internet during the interview (I could see the reflection in his glasses...). I knew before the interview was over that I would not progress to the next round, he had made that decision before the interview began and he made it clear during the interview. He also shared with me why he left his previous employer, which was because he disagreed with a hiring decision the employer made and felt the new hire was not a fit for the role. He reported to this new hire and left the company because he did not feel the person deserved the role. I found this to be an odd thing to share in an interview and it made me question whether this was a team I would want to join.
