After responding to Glassdoor posting, recruiter responded quickly to schedule screening call. Afterwards recruiter scheduled phone interview with hiring manager right away, and it was scheduled for within next 2 weeks. Hiring manager described role, expectations and asked scenario questions to assess my character and skill level re customer and situation handling. Discussion went well and we went way over time, as hiring manager highly encouraged all my questions. After that a verbal offer was made within 24 hours, followed by offer letter and extensive background check.

All interactions were characterized by extremely quick responses and transparency. At each contact I was always aware of which point my candidature was positioned in the process. My expectations were always kept at the right level. The interviews were all coherent to the published job description.
