The interview was handled very unprofessionally by GoFrugal. I had registered for a pool drive but was unable to attend due to personal reasons. Received a call from the team the following week asking if I can come over for an interview. Guess the drive dint go well. Interview was scheduled at 10, but no one was present over there. So the technical guy asked me to skip the written test and attend the tech interview directly. I was two yrs experienced in mobile development and had one yr exp in iOS. Questions were on the technologies used to build hybrid apps. Was able to answer most of them. But honestly few of them were out of my league. They mostly concentrated on iOS development. Second round was also technical and was asked about my experience and projects I had worked on.I had hopes when they qualified me for the next HR round despite me not able answer few questions in the first round. Third round was HR interaction round. They were honest about their concerns with my two months notice period and my current salary package.Salary and my expectation was a huge concern for GoFrugal. But they still asked me for my documents. So I had sent them over to receive no response from the company. I was not disappointed that I dint get the job, but was very disappointed that such reputed company dint even have the courtesy to convey the results of the interview. For the amount of calls the HR made to me to make me come over, I dint even receive a mail stating they weren't going to proceed with my candidature.
