Had 4 rounds. 1st Apti, 2nd and 3rd pure Technical and patience test. 4th HR.
Fujitsu Consulting India Pvt LTD came to UIT, Coimbatore on Feb 7 2014 and conducted the Interview. All the panel members were having excellent knowledge and had great evaluating skills.
They checked each and every level of knowledge whether be it technical or non technical.

Question 1
Technical questions can be asked from any of the subjects like C, C++, JAVA, Networking, Database, Data Structures.
Patience testing is done in all the levels to check with the applicants mental stability to handle work pressure
The interview process started with an initial screening call, where I was asked about my background, experience, and interest in the role. Following that, I had a more in-depth interview with the hiring manager, which focused on both my technical skills and how I approach problem-solving. There were also some behavioral questions where I gave examples of past experiences.
The final stage involved a panel interview, where I met with several team members and discussed how I would handle real work scenarios. Overall, the process was well-structured and gave me a good understanding of the role and the company expectations.

Very comprehensive with a lot of questions around experience and education. I was asked about experiences that showcased my abilities and followed the STAR framework. It was an enlightening chat and interview.
