1.Interview with HR
2. 30min interview with a developer
3. 1h presentation of the solution for the task that was given in advance to 2 senior developers
4. 1h interview with a tech lead and people lead to assess how you would fit in the team
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Frontify in Jul 2022
Interview
1st stage - Informal interview, that was just a few questions about myself.
2nd stage - Was meant to be a technical test, but instead just a 30 minute shallow chat with one of the devs, about random tech topics.
Then they just ghosted me for a few weeks to come back with ‘no offer’.
