The interview process was efficient and informative. FormAssembly does a great job of getting to know you professionally and personally through out the entire process.
There were 5 total steps to the interview process, including the recruiter call.
1. Recruiter call
2. Interview with hiring manager
3. Group interview with several CSM team members and other cross functional teams
4. Assignment
5. Final group interview with CSM team (more of a casual conversation)
Very impressed with how the whole process was put together, one of the better recruiting experiences I’ve had.
