I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Figment in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview process was structured and moved at a steady pace. I first had a recruiter screening, followed by conversations with the Sr Revenue Operations Analyst, FP&A and Operations. There was also a live technical assessment focused on Excel. Everyone I spoke with was professional, and the discussions were a mix of RevOps concepts, forecasting, sales reporting, and process improvement. Communication from the recruiter was consistent, and expectations for each stage were clearly shared

Question 1
what you think is the most important step to imporve sales
They are not aligned in their process. Their HR is posting and screening for modern empowered confident capable employees while after getting past that stage you meet the controller who seems like someone stuck in the 90s. I was annoyed about the mismatch, the controller should tailor the job post if theyre just looking for old school no backbone, earn your spot by smoozing types. Dont waste everyone's time.
