Easy process. Screen with the recruiter and then virtual interviews with sales directors and their boss. Interviews went well and one of the directors said she would hire me if she had a position open on her team. The interviews were scheduled really fast due to urgency...then crickets. I was told they were still interviewing two other candidates. Then I was told they hadn't made a decision and the recruiter would reach out for an update. Then radio silence. I received an email that the recruiter was no longer with the company and to email his boss. I emailed the recruiting manager and the hiring manager asking for a follow-up...I'm still waiting three weeks later for a response. I was really upset because I liked the team vibe and their approach. But the radio silence turned me off and let me know that I wouldn't be a good fit. Thankfully I had offers from other companies.

Applied from either Linkedin or another portal not sure. The entire process took 1 week with the automated response for not considering the profile. This was quite surprising, they should at least have the guts to call and inform the candidate about what wasn't aligning. HR team sounds quite weird it was like they do not want to work and they are working under pressure. I suggest - Stay away from this company.
