1) phone interview: your background, what you know about eventbase, what apps do you use. 2) Code test: It was an online SQL knowledge test using SQL lite manager for Firefox. Must be completed in 1 hour sharp, followed by 10 mins of you writing feedback about the test in an email. It's not basic SQL, you must review the stuff before the test to pass it. It had been a while for me and I was too rusty for the kind of queries they asked (hard joins etc.). The database they give you uses very generic names for tables and attributes, and an ER diagram describing it. Must wrap your head around the structure of it. I was advised a few days later that after the test they wished to not continue with my application.
