-Applied through job posting. Application process was simple. Uploaded resume and answered a few screening questions. -Received an email a couple of weeks later requesting an interview with a member of the people team. Easily selected a time and confirmed interviewed with team member. -1st interview was over zoom. I had my camera on while the people team member did not. There wasn't an explanation for this, but it seemed a little awkward to bring up as we dived straight into the interview questions. Most of the questions were about my previous experience and 'cultural fit' questions. The interview was more of a conversation, and the people team member went into detail about compensation, benefits, and remote work expectations. It was an overall pleasant experience. At the end of the interview they let me know they would get back to me in a few days with next steps. -2nd interview. People team member emailed with an interview request with the 2 team leads (hiring managers). The interview was over zoom. I had to re-schedule the interview with short notice, and the team at Eventbase were extremely accommodating and happy to adjust my interview day and time. Interview was a little intense, lots of skill and behavioural based questions. Again I felt that the interview was more of a conversation, and I learned more details about the role and what my day to day tasks would entail. -Offer. The people team member called a few days after to offer me the position. They were able to meet my salary range. Overall the whole interview process was one of the best experiences I've had applying for a position.
