Three interviews to be “ghosted”
It is absolutely RUDE and Unprofessional to ghost people specially if they are looking for a source to feed their families. Give people feedback and don’t say your company has any moral character or value if you can’t even call someone back and let them know what happened.

Notification by a recruiter, resume submission, initial phone call with HR, phone cal with hiring manager, face to face with hiring manager, face to face with SVP, offer extended. Process is straight forward but can drag due to the requirements. Know yourself, the company and as much as possible about their offerings.
