The first interview is with the recruiter. They will ask basic questions regarding salary and location. Then there will be multiple 30 minute phone interviews set up. Each of those 30 interviews will have one to two managers on the call. The standard is usually three interviews with other managers. The questions are mainly talking through your experience listed on your resume. Some will ask you how you would handle certain situations. There are a couple of technical questions in each interview. Overall, the interviews are easy, however, the amount of interviews can feel draining.
