EY Senior Associate/Assistant Manager interview questions

I applied to EY Dubai through the EY careers website. I received an online test later that week which I promptly completed. After passing the test, an HR phone interview was set up where I had to answer questions about my previous experience, employment status and notice period. A couple of weeks later a partner interview was set up where I was asked a bunch of technical questions all of which I think I answered well given that I was applying from another Big 4. Up until this point it was all smooth. However, I never got any sort of feedback for months to follow. During the interview the partner mentioned that he'll be sharing his feedback with HR who will then contact me but that never happened. It was very unprofessional because I took the time to take a test and attend two interviews while no-one ever bothered to get back to me. I also sent a follow up email to inquire about the status of my application and none of the 3 HR personnel copied in the email replied back.
