Two stage process which was fairly laid back. Initial interview is with two team members of similar or senior grade. High focus on how you will work with others. Second interview is with a Partner

Phone interview, video call followed by onsite interview. It was a good experience, more conversational in nature about my experience. What have you done, what was a challenging project that you worked on and how have you handled it.
