Great process that includes aptitude test, hr round and technical round.
Aptitude test was easy and simple, anyone can clear it.
then it was hr round that gets to know about you without any pressure and complex stuff. I felt comfortable and it was easy.
Technical round was also amazing, i was allowed to speak about myself with full freedom and i was allowed to share my interests and passion.
overall, it was amazing.
It was an easy interview process. The interviewer made me feel comfortable before proceeding. They asked me about the basics of internal audit and grilled me on the resume that I had submitted and my previous internship experiences, college, CFA, positions of responsibilities, etc.
