Series of 2 back to back video interviews behavioral and technical. Usually by 2 members of the team which you are intending to join. First is behavioral, second is technical and generally questions basic accounting knowledge.

Interview
Relatively rigorous, a few rounds, mostly behavioral questions. Definitely answer questions in a way that conveys you are a personable individual. Asks a lot of situational questions that are relatively random, predicting questions is not really a valuable use of your time.
