Interview
The multiple-choice questions are broadly along the lines of situational judgement assessments. That is, you will be given a scenario that could feasibly occur during a workday and will have to select how you would respond.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
