The process consisted of two 30 minute interviews back to back. One was with a senior accountant, and the other was with a senior manager. The environment wasn't stressful; in fact, the people there are quite friendly. Most of the questions were behavioural. For the questions tailored to my resume, they mainly asked me about experiences that I didn't write about in my cover letter. From how their online application is set up, I think they make interview offers based on grades. However, to truly score the job, it depends on your involvement with extracurricular activities and how much you've networked with them beforehand.

Easy, they are just asking behavourial questions. For a starting career in Halifax, the pay was low for a master degree. But they are willing to negotiate depending of your skills and your experience

The whole recruitment process took about two weeks, including a Hirevue interview followed by final interviews with a partner and a senior manager. I received the result three days after the final interview.
