      Worst Worst Worst interview process. I have attended a walk-in interview for 3-8 years in testing on 10 Oct 2015 at their RMZ office old Madras Road, Bangalore. They have advertised as 3-8 years in testing ( Guidewire, automation, Manual, Performance) and 400 odd people ended up for walk-in. When I asked the interviewer after my second round, she told me they are looking for Guidewire testing knowledge as they have project coming up in Insurance domain. What I did not understand is...if they were clear about the skills required, what was the point of mentioning other skills like Manual,Automation...while they were not hiring any of the resources with these skills after the second round. Such a waste of time.

      1. First round was checking for Communication skills. They ask us to speak about any topics for a minute, where they will check for communication.
