Interview
Virtual interview with a campus recruiter for 30 minutes and a manager for 30 minutes on MS Teams. The interviews are back to back for 1 hour total after you have been selected from the resume/CL stage.

Question 1
Why EY? Why are you interested in working in audit? Tell me a bit about yourself. What is a time that you encountered a challenge in a group and how did you overcome it? Describe a time when you were time-constrained on a project and how you managed it.
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.

Introduction, two questions about the financial reports, aksed the difference between key financial reports. asked if can handle overtime. Was pretty chill, nothing too difficult, recieved offer about 3 days later.
