I applied through university. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at EY (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jun 2011
Interview
I had a basic campus screening interview at WVU. That went well, but I was a non traditional student who could not do and internship so they invited me to a "Summer Leadership" 1-day program at the office to keep in touch and put me in front of more faces at the office. That went well so I scored an office interview and was given a full-time offer after that.

Question 1
Questions were focused on assessing leadership/communication ability. A little bit of behavioral question style ("Tell me about a time you had to balance competing priorities?) but not as much as I anticipated.
Smooth process. Didn't take a long time to hearing back from the Company. Don't need to be stressed out. Just prepare your stories and get ready to crush the interview.
