      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2019

      Interview

first round interview was easy. It was 6 questions on a web platform that prompted video responses. The final round interview was a super day. They flew us all out to Chicago and we had to do two behavioral interviews followed by a case study. The behavioral interviews were easy- your typical questions about team work, etc. However, the case was extremely difficult; it was all number-oriented.

      Question 1

Tell me about a time where you were working on a project and then you had to change the course of your work for an external reason.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2018

      Interview

A few days after the employee I knew at EY submitted the referral, I was contacted by a Campus Recruiter and was told to submit my resume and complete a profile on the EY website. One week later I was sent a link to complete an online interview. It took about an hour. The questions were pre-recorded and I had 30 seconds to think about my answer before recording it for up to 3 minutes. After my recordings, I submitted it and a few days later they invited me to complete a second round interview in office. It was a Super Interview Day. They told us that we would know if we got an offer within 2 weeks of that interview. I received a phone call 5 days later and I received my letter a few days after that.
