Candidatura inviata online tramite sito aziendale e successivamente sono stata contattata da un talent acquisition.
In seguito 2 colloqui, uno più tecnico e l'altro più motivazionale.
Classica situazione: dopo i colloqui sono diventati irreperibili nonostante abbia provato a contattarli per ricevere un aggiornamento.
Non mi aspettavo poca professionalità da un'azienda che fa delle persone il principale asset aziendale.

I had interviewed for a Manager role at EY. I already informed them during the initial call that I have a total of 6.6 years of experience. After that, they scheduled my L1 interview round, which I cleared successfully. However, I was rejected in the L2 round because they were looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience for a leadership role.

Three interviews spanning a month; there was efficient scheduling over email. All interviews were virtual and the interviewers had escalating seniority... everyone who I spoke with was pleasant. medium-plus difficulty
