The first round was a virtual interview, and then a senior manager interviewed me. The first round is more challenging than the in-person one. The program is for freshmen, so the questions are basic and easy.

Short online, recorded interview before interview with an EY employee. Questions are about leadership positions and experiences, and why you want to be a part of the Conference. Pretty standard interview process and my interviewer was very nice.

First round: Virtual Pre-recorded interview
Second round: live interview- manager
It was a conversation with the live interview. The manager was very nice and easy going to talk about anything. Just be prepared for the behavior question. They only ask me 3-4 behavior questions, and then it is my question time. Make sure you prepare several questions to ask the interviewer. I prepare 10 questions and only have the chance to ask the top 5 questions I have.
