I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY in Jan 2020
Interview
It was quite chill overall, it felt like a get to know you session overall as they had many interviewee to go through. The question they asked were not much on technical but more on behavioural and experience questions
The questions were behavioural. I thought I answered well as most of it seemed subjective. Received a generic feedback, expected a more detailed rejected feedback after reaching this stage. Interviewer was friendly.
Only one interview. Just situational and behavioural questions. No technicals. They try to see you as a person and if you would be a good fit in the company and culture
The interview is short, need to prepare questions about yourself. The interviewer is really nice. Might need to do some research for other position. Overall its a great experience and great company to work on.
