I applied online. I interviewed at EY (Warsaw, Masovia) in Mar 2019
Interview
First part was an online test after which I received invitation to the assessment center which I failed and I don't know why. There were taks to do within a group, team work and discussion

"What was you experience with foreign students as a AIESEC member?" etc.
Standard questions
excellent and very engaging with the interviewer as I can understand a lot how the firm treats its employees and provides opportunities for intern to explore areas that are most interested for the individuals

How many chairs are available in my univeristy building?
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
