I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Boston, MA) in Oct 2013
Interview
First round was on-campus interview, pretty straightforward, standard behavioral questions. For advisory each candidate is required to complete a 45-minute writing assessment prior to on-campus interview.
Second round was office visit, which consists of 2 behavioral interviews with two partners (one-on-one) and a case interview with a manager after an one-hour long company presentation and a 15-minute group activity. The two partners interviewing me were very nice and friendly. I have to say that the whole process was quite an enjoyment. Their aim is not to put stress on you.
The interview process was 2 behavioral interviews followed by a case study. In the case study you are provided a case to review for 10-15 minutes and asked follow-up interviews regarding what you read.
