Interview
It was a group interview of 5 interviewees to 2 interviewers. When an interviewer asked a question, it is up to whomever to answer. However, should one not take initiative in answering, the interviewer would make sure to direct questions at the person. Seemed like showing initiation is also a key aspect.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself is the first question. As it was group interview of 5 interviewees to 2 interviewers, everyone took turns in sharing the strengths and weaknesses. There were no scenario based questions asked. There was only one accounting question at the end of the interview.

Avaliações online de inglês, português, raciocínio lógico. Em seguida, dinâmica em grupo presencial no escritório da EY que dura cerca de 3 horas, resolvendo cases em grupo passados pelos recrutadores. Passando na dinâmica, houve uma entrevista (também presencial) com os responsáveis da área. O tempo de espera é bem grande devido ao início das contratações serem em Julho/Novembro. Ainda estou esperando um retorno.
Introduced yourself and be confident. They will ask you about the job you applied for. They also will ask about your study background. The manager who is interview also very helpful.

took a whole day!! had to wait for a long time ....no proper communication beforehand regarding how long would it take ,most of them are there waiting without going for lunch
