Attended the Emerging Leaders Summit; was invited to come to an interview early for an internship for next summer. I spent a good deal of time networking with the firm over the summer; which played a big part in when those same professionals I was networking with interviewed me.

Interview
Relatively rigorous, a few rounds, mostly behavioral questions. Definitely answer questions in a way that conveys you are a personable individual. Asks a lot of situational questions that are relatively random, predicting questions is not really a valuable use of your time.

very smooth, team manager was very welcoming in explaining the culture and the work handled, it was an hour interview with office tour included, only one physical interview before offer was issued
