Smooth process. Didn't take a long time to hearing back from the Company. Don't need to be stressed out. Just prepare your stories and get ready to crush the interview.
I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EY (Raleigh, NC) in Jan 2011
Interview
EY seeks to hire people who fit their culture (imagine that). They look for individuals who are confident, professional, but at the same time have a personality. Interviewers love to be approached as if they were any other individual. Be enthusiastic and share unique points about your life including hobbies and interests. You'll get the job for being you not because you just love auditing . . . we know that's not the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Keep in mind if you make it to the interview, you've already been determined to be qualified for the position. You're only being evaluated on your personal skills that won't show up on a resume.

Question 1
None really. As I mentioned, the interview process was more of talking with folks about school, life, hobbies, and interests. Definitely prepare for behavioral questions though, I understand that some interviewers like to randomly pull a question out if they aren't sure what to talk about.
