I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Dublin, Dublin) in Jul 2018
Interview
Saw the job on LinkedIn and got an employee referral. Was contacted by email from HR to set up an interview for 2 weeks from the point of application. Had an hour long interview that I thought went well enough - good rapport, answered all the questions, talked about second interview between themselves in front of me. I haven't heard back since, it's been more than 3 months - no reply from the person who interviewed me, no reply from HR (myself and the employee who referred me contacted them). Very poor. Dodged a bullet there I think!
Rating is positive for the interview itself but negative for the post-interview no contact, so overall neutral.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Competency based questions, plus why do you want to work here.
First round _ Manager
Second round _ Director or senior manager
Final round _ Partner round
Once you clear all the rounds HR will connect you. Hr will discuss the compensation and will tell you the basic policies of the company
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at EY (Cochin) in Nov 2025
Interview
I went for a walk in interview. The questions were moderate to hard level. But somehow I was able to clear the rounds. 1st round was virtual only from the company premise and 2nd round was mostly managerial which was in person
The interview process was smooth and well-organized. It provided clarity and confidence, ultimately helping me secure the position. Overall, it was a very good experience and I’m grateful for it
