I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at EY (Jakarta) in Mar 2015
Interview
The slowest interview process I ever had in my life.
After applying it took some time to receive any notification. When you try to reach EY they were not responding. When I forgot about applying at EY, I received a message to conduct a test. It was also unclear what kind of test I would need to do. Again, it took a while after I receive a message for an interview.
The interview consists of a case study plus the regular interview session. The case study was a real life case. You have to prepare a presentation I which you showcase the EY team your way of thinking and presenting. After this, it took again some time until you got to know whether you are hired or rejected.
basic questions mainly motivational, described the job, asked about future plans, gave me an accounting task afterwards which i found strange considering that i was not applying for an accounting role
quick and easy, didn’t feel personal though. 3 interviews and one had a lot of casing which i felt i could’ve done better in . there was also a hirevue early on

Interview
no bad. the interviewer was really nice and respectful. It was a case study, analyzing a bunch of stuff, which was not easy for students who hadn't touched this topic before.
