Interview was smooth, but recruiter I connected rejected me without consulting the interviewer. They thought I would not be able to graduate in time without confirming with me. I had to reach out to the interviewer to let the recruiter know that I was eligible for the role.

Tell me what you know about Enablon and your level of experience with the platform.
Did it during covid period which was done online. Had to do a written test before the face to face interview. Interview wise it was relatively standard asking why you wanted to join, knowledge about climate change and sustainability.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Canberra) in Apr 2024

2 days after sending a resume and CL, I received an email regarding my availability time to do phone interviews. Getting job offer at EY is very difficult because you have a lot rounds to overcome! After phone, you will get video interview which is including two 30 minutes interviews.
