Interview
First round was a number of tests (IQ, number of analytical tests) followed by an assessment day (Company case , guesstimates and interviews with consultants+senior consultants). Next step was a new round of tests (what motivates you, as well as personality), followed by a Senior manager interview. Lastly a Partner interview.

Comparatively easier compared to other big 4. Typically a 45 mins interview with focus on technical questions. Interviewer mainly checks your technical knowledge and experience based off your previous projects.

The interview lasted about an hour and was highly technical, covering topics in depth. The detailed discussion suggests genuine interest in evaluating my skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and overall fit for the role.
