I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2018
Interview
Very positive experience. First round consisted of a one-way video interview. Questions were behavioral but definitely more unique than other Big 4. Questions were focused on conflict resolution and leadership style. There were two events at my University before and after first round (neither of which I attended). I received an invite for an office visit about two weeks after completing the online interview. The office visit consisted of breakfast with staff, three interviews (one case, two behavioral), a tour of the office, and concluded with lunch with staff. The case interview consisted of a situation of a traditional bank acquiring a smaller, technology driven business and it was essentially a SWOT analysis for the acquisition (focus on People, Process, and Technology with answers). Overall, the office interview is more of a fit assessment than the first round which focuses on competency. That being said, being yourself and trying to build connections with fellow interviewees and the staff members is crucial.

Question 1
All questions, aside from the case questions, were strictly behavioral about leadership, conflict, and personality.
