2 rounds one with associate partner and one with partner. Mainly informal with a few competency based questions around previous experience. Good overview of the role and what to expect

The process was great. Not issues to be noted. Stay focused and true to yourself and everything will be OK. the challenge with the interview is if you try to be too focused on the technical items (which is good), you may end up not coming over as a "well balanced" candidate or team player.
