First interview was fine. It was with someone knowledgeable who knew what he was talking about and what he expected from a candidate. The 2nd interview was ok, it was a presentation to the first person who interviewed me, the MD and A. N. Other. The A. N. Other ended up being my line manager and is still with the company, this person has no idea how to manage anyone and can barely manage to take himself to the bathroom
