Question 1
Can you tell me about yourself? What inspired you to apply for this position? What are your strengths and weaknesses? What skills and qualifications do you possess that make you a good fit for this position? Can you provide an example of a challenging situation you faced and how you overcame it?
I applied online. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (London, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
I applied online. I was invited for a group/ individual interview at their school the following week. It was the end of March. The interview was ok. We had a group part where we had to quickly draft the lesson ( with given instructions) and then we shared our ideas/ thoughts on what we could do better. During this process, individual interviews with DOS were happening. The guy was alright, he did mention that working for EF is a huge boost into the CV like 5 times. Then I have never heard from them. Except for a few weeks later when they again invited me for an interview, and after my email that I'd already interviewed with him, the guy replied that it was an automated email ( which wasn't, it was clearly an email written by him with the dates and times for interview) and then I received another email, a few days later, saying that I they did not select me for an interview. Never heard back if I got the job or not and the whole experience only told me that I don't want to work in a place with such an administrative mess.
