I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2012
Interview
After filling out an online application I was invited to a Skype interview. The Skype interview was quite extensive. There were a lot of questions and I was asked to ole play different classroom scenarios. You must be prepared for this interview. They will ask about your teaching methods and ask for you to give some examples of ways that you have explained different grammar concepts.

I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Shanghai, Shanghai)
Interview
Easiest interview I've had, they talked more as if I already had the job. Asking questions like where in china did I want to be. Don't stress, just be relaxed and talk about why you want to teach and why you want to live in china.
