I applied online. I interviewed at EF Education First
Interview
The process did not seem very serious at all, they seemed super disengaged. It took weeks to hear back. Ultimately made me realize this was not the type of place I wanted to work.
Nice gob nice people and staff would work there again and recommend the interview was tough difficult students though and good for experience for everyone would highly recommend for anyone good career prospects as well with the company
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EF Education First in Dec 2023
Interview
I value EF company, but this interview was a disappointing experience.
I was interviewing for a position combining both technical capabilities and change management skills. I had an interview with the Product Owner responsible for the tools/ systems. The conversation itself was fairly easy and nice. Still, I felt like I should be talking to somebody from communication/ change management rather than being interviewed solely as a cultural fit. Also, I missed the initial recruiter call, literally any additional information about the job or interview round, even the possibility to ask questions. Instead, I got the invitation for an interview, not explaining what type, with whom, and providing only a few slots possible. Also, no feedback was given. While I get the easy-going culture, I missed some structure and involvement from a recruiting standpoint.
