Initially there was online test (easy). Then Skype interview (~2 hours).
Overall process was good. Interviewer is very experienced and friendly.
My English skills let me down.

Interview
First a screening, followed by a Skype call. Once you pass that they schedule an onsite interview, and you are given a project to complete and present at their office. I thought it went well and the manager was very friendly and nice. Too bad I did not get an offer, which I did not mind so much, but did mind the way it was told (An automatic rejection email)
Would be always good to give some type of feedback or indication as to why you no offer was given.

Gespräch mit zwei Personen, allgemeine Diskussion der Position und der Programmierarbeit die auf einem zukommt. Fragen die auf die auf das Verständnis des hauseigenen Computercodes abzielen. Am Ende Chance zum Stellen eigener Fragen. Generell freundliche Atmosphäre aber souveräner Umgang mit einer Konfliktsituation wird auch getestet. Ich empfehle sich mit den Funktionen der hauseigenen Computercodes vertraut zu machen.
