Interview
I was interviewed with the hiring manager then a few of the senior CTO level folks. During my initial interview I was asked about my age and ability to work with millennial and Get Z. I am a very seasoned PgM with a bit of gray hair and this felt a lot like ageism. Ultimately I did not get the job and was told I had too much experience. I felt age discrimination was the factor not my experience.
