1 phone screen followed by three separate half hour Zoom calls with the hiring manager, his counterpart and the director of operations. Once I demonstrated the required experience in the phone screen, it turned into a selling of the company's benefits and plans for growth. As for the three zoom interviews, all three were incredibly relaxed and conversational. The first was the most like a traditional interview while the second only felt like a conversation. The last interview consisted of a few questions about my experience training other people and an overview of the workload for the position. Before the call ended, the last interviewer informed me that all three interviews had gone well and that they hoped to speak with me again.
