Interview
The interview process took 3 weeks when recruiter/HR initially mentioned the company would be quick to make a final decision after 3 rounds. However, to my surprise I found out there was a final round so a total of 4 rounds after my third round of interviews. I was clearly annoyed after several days of radio silence that I had to reach out to HR to see if I was still being considered to move forward in the interview process.

Technical and behavioral questions were asked from each round of interviews.
There were two rounds of interviews, one with your potential direct manager and one with COO. They were both pretty behavioral, with not many technical questions asked or technical knowledge expected

If you had to transport a dinosaur across the US (from San Francisco to New York) in the next 24 hours, how would you do it?
It was a 3 round process, very "relaxed" and "chill" interview environment. They prefer genuinity over skills. States they love to help
people with careers and I felt that. I had a initial screening interview then to technical which was just a code project then another culture fit interview.
