First round interview was a screening call and second was supposed to be behavioral, but the morning of my second round interview it was rescheduled and I was then ghosted for two weeks only to chase down the team (with three separate emails) to find out that the position had been filled. Quite an unprofessional process.

The recruitment process was very fast and clear. I went through four stages: a screening interview, a hiring manager interview, a home task with a presentation, and a final interview with an executive. I really appreciated the transparency and constructive feedback I got after every step. It was clear the team cared a lot about the role they were recruiting for and engaging throughout the process. Any time I needed support or had a question, the recruiter and hiring manager responded very quickly, which made the whole experience smooth. Overall, I truly commend how professional and transparent the process was.
